摘要
针对采油过程中产生的污水,利用烧杯实验法进行絮凝剂筛选实验,实验中共选择5种絮凝剂进行筛选,通过观察壳聚糖、明胶、硫酸铝、聚合氯化铝和聚合氯化铁5种絮凝剂的絮凝过程,对比加入絮凝剂后各试管内上清液的透光值和悬浮物含量,筛选出硫酸铝效果最好.此外,针对硫酸铝处理某油田采油污水的最佳絮凝温度和最佳用量进行实验,结果表明,温度为40℃时絮凝效果最好,且最佳用量25 g/L.
The experiment of flocculant selection was carried out by using beaker experiment in Oilfield Wastewater. In the experiment,five flocculants were selected for screening,and observed the flocculation process of five flocculants including chitosan,gelatin,aluminium sulfate,polyaluminium chloride and polyferric chloride.By comparing the light transmittance and the suspended substance content of the supernatant in the test tubes after the treatment of each flocculant,it is concluded that Aluminum sulfate is the most effective.Furthermore,experiments were conducted on the optimum temperature and optimum dosage of aluminum sulphate treatment for oil recovery wastewater.The result shows that the effect is best at 40 centigrade,and the optimum dosage is 25 g/L.
