摘要
战区装备保障基地位置的合理性直接影响装备保障的效能。针对战区装备保障基地选择的要求和影响因素,建立战区装备保障基地选址的多属性综合指标体系,采用TOPSISS理论,建立战区装备保障基地选址择优模型,最后,通过实例证明方法的有效性和合理性。
In this paper, in view of the requirement and influence factors of the selection of war zone equipment support bases, we established the multi- attribute comprehensive index system for the location of the bases and used the TOPSIS theory to build the relevant optimal location model, and at the end, we used an empirical example to test the validity and efficiency of the method.
