摘要
人才培养模式的改革创新是提高高等教育质量的重要途径,提高地方院校应用型人才培养质量,更需要学校根据自身人才培养目标定位对现行人才培养模式进行大胆改革和创新。地方高校的应用型人才培养模式改革需要体现生本性、系统性、多样性和开放性特征。湖北文理学院近年实施的"211"应用型人才培养模式改革,以最大限度实现人才培养目标定位为出发点,以六个"符合"为目标,对人才培养的各个环节进行了适应性改革,充分体现出地方高校应用型人才培养模式的特征。
Abstract： The reform and innovation of talents - cultivating is a significant way to improving higher education qual- ity. In order to improve the quality of applied talents - cultivating in local universities, it is urgent to reform and in- novate in present talents - cultivating mode boldly according to one university＇ s objective orientation. The reform of applied talents - cultivating mode of local universities should embody the characteristics of students formost, system- aticness, diversity and openness. Recently, Hubei University ＂211＂ talents- cultivating mode reform. Based on the furthest of Arts and Science has been implementing the fulfilling talents - cultivating objective orientation and aiming at six ＂complying＂, this reform makes adaptive changes in every links in the process of talents - culti- vation, thus fully embodying the characteristics of applied talents - cuhivation mode of local universities.
