摘要
从足细胞相关蛋白、细胞因子等方面对近10年中医药在糖尿病肾病足细胞损伤方面的临床及实验研究进行综述。结果发现,中医药在DN足细胞保护方面的研究很少,研究方向较局限于足细胞相关蛋白Nphrin、Podocin上。今后应在足细胞损伤方面有更多探索治疗糖尿病肾病的机理的研究,为更合理的处方用药和促进中药新药开发提供理论依据。
Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）on prevention and teatment of injured podocyte in diabetic nephropathy （ DN ） in recent ten years was explained from aspects of proteins associated with podocyte and cytokines produced by podoeyte. The result showed the TCM research on podocyte in DN was very few and limited to nephrin and podoein in podocyte. So we suggested that more work should be carried out in podcyte protection to investigate the therapeutical mechanism of TCM on DN, which may provide the theoretical foundation for TCM clinic and research of new drugs development.
