摘要
目的:探讨穴位注射联合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将118例患者按照随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组,每组各59例。治疗组给予穴位注射结合耳穴贴压法治疗,抽取维生素B12注射液500μg,分别注入足三里或三阴交,每穴注射药物0.5 mL。足三里、三阴交交替注射,10次为1个疗程;并配合耳穴王不留行籽贴压:神门、皮质下、交感、心、肾、脑点。隔日换贴1次,双耳交替,10次为1个疗程。疗程间隔5 d,然后行下1个疗程。对照组口服舒乐安定2 mg,每晚睡前0.5 h服。谷维素20 mg,每日3次。结果:对照组有效率为86.4%,治疗组有效率为93.2%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:穴位注射联合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症疗效确切,不良反应小。
Objective ： To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking in treating insomnia. Methods：118 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,58 cases in each group. The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment combined with auricular point sticking and vitamin B12 injection 500 fig respectively into Foot Three Li or Crossroad of Three Yins,0.5 mL per acupuncture point. Foot Three Li and Crossroad of Three Yins were given alternate injection, 10 times as one course of treatment combined with Wangbuliuxing for auricular point：Shenmen,subcor-tex ,sympathesis,heart,kidney, brain. Change 1 time on alternate day, ears alteration, 10 times as one period of treatment. Give next course for interval of five days. The control group was given 2 mg oral estazolam, half an hour before sleep every night, Oryzanol 20 mg. Results：The effective rate was 86. 4% in control group and 93. 2% in treatment group. Compared the effective rate of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking in treating insomnia has good curative effect with less adverse reaction.
