摘要
建立高效液相色谱法同时检测食品中溴酸盐、亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的分析方法.食品样品加入超纯水匀浆提取,提取液经硅胶小柱净化后,采用配有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪分析检测.3种被测组分在线性范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,线性系数均大于0.999.本检测方法的检出限(LOD)溴酸盐为0.50μ∥g,亚硝酸盐为0.10 μg/g,硝酸盐为0.20μg/g.实验结果表明,3种组分的回收率均在80 %~110%之间,相对偏差(RSD)均小于10%.
A method was developed for the determining of bromate, nitrite and nitrate in foods by HPLC. Food samples were homogenizations extracted with high purity water as solvent. The extraction solution was purified by silica SPE, then detected by HPLC. Good linear relationships in the concentration range of linear, with linear coefficient all greater than 0.999. The limits of detection were: bromate 0.50 μg/g, nitrite 0.10 μg/g; nitrate 0.20 μg/g. The experimental results show that the recoveries ranged from 80 % to 110 % and the relative deviation (RSD) ranged less than 10 %
