摘要
以 2年生苹果砧木———平邑甜茶 (MulushenpenensisRehd .)根系为试材 ,通过自然失水和PEG (聚乙二醇 ) 6 0 0 0处理 ,研究了失水过程中吸收根和延长根内源ABA和蛋白激酶活性的变化。结果表明 ,吸收根内源ABA浓度及水分胁迫下ABA积累量均高于延长根 ;失水过程中 ,延长根根系活力先升后降 ;蛋白激酶活性高峰在吸收根和延长根中均出现于ABA浓度快速增加之前 ,两种蛋白激酶抑制剂均抑制了水分胁迫下两类根中ABA的积累。
The changes of ABA concentration and protein kinase activity in extensive roots and absorbing roots of two year old apple rootstock( Malus hupenensis Rehd.)were investigated during water losing caused by either PEG osmosis or natural desiccation.The results showed that the ABA content in absorbing roots was higher than in extensive roots.Under water stress,the increment of ABA in absorbing was higher too.During water losing,extensive roots activity increased first and decreased afterwards.The protein kinase activity reached the peak both in absorbing roots and extensive roots,before the rapid accumulation of ABA during water losing.The inhibitors of protein kinase reduced the level of ABA production in both absorbing roots and extensive roots under water stress.
