摘要
主要介绍了质量功能配置(QFD)和发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的基本内容,论述了通过QFD确定产品形态设计中的负相关问题,再通过TRIZ理论及头脑风暴(BS)法解决形态功能属性中的负相关问题。分析了多方法集成创新在产品形态创新应用中的可行性。提出了QFD与TRIZ及头脑风暴法在产品形态创新应用中形成方案的系统化过程模型,并将三者的集成创新应用于儿童家具设计中,验证了该理论方法的合理性。
Mainly introduced the basic content of the Quality Function Deployment （QFD） and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving （TRIZ） , discussed negative issues related to product form design determined by QFD, and solved the negative issues related to the morphology and function properties through TRIZ and Brain Storming （BS）. The feasibility of integrated innovation of the three in product form innovative applications was analyzed. Proposed the systematic process model that QFD, TRIZ and BS conform program in the form of products of innovative applications, and verified the reasonableness of the theoretical method by the application of integrated innovation in children＇ s furniture design.
