摘要
根据RFCC汽油中硫醇的特性及滴定曲线有两个明显突跃点的规律,将其分为两种类型:第一类是滴定突跃电位约为-100~lOOmV,酸性较强、易脱除的硫醇;第二类是突跃电位在100~300mV之间,酸性较弱、难脱除的C_5以上大分子异构硫醇。研究结果表明,稳定汽油中的第二类硫醇硫含量决定了精制汽油中的硫醇含量。控制RFCC原料中(Ni+V)≯10μg/g及S≯0.55%,可使精制汽油硫醇含量合格。
According to the characteristic of mercaptans and the titrative carve with two obvious sudden change points, mercaptans are defined as two types:the first of these is that its titrative sudden change electric potential is in the range of - 1001; 3100mV and its acidity is stronger, hence demercaptan is easier; the second type is large molecular (≥C5) isoconstractive mercaptans with weeker acidity in the potential region of 100-300mV and difficult to demercaptan. It has been proved that the sulphur - mercaptan content in the refining gasoline depends on the second type of the sulphur - mercaptan content in the refining gasoline depends on the second type of the sulphur - mercaptan content in the stable gasoline. By controlling RFCC feedstock (S50. 55% , (Ni + V)10μg/g), the sulphur- mercaptan in refining gasoline can be qulified.
