摘要
以丙烯酸和十八醇为原料 ,由酯化反应合成丙烯酸十八酯。研究了丙烯酸与十八醇的摩尔比、催化剂和阻聚剂的用量、反应温度及反应时间对反应的影响。由实验得出的最佳合成条件是 :丙烯酸与十八醇的摩尔比为 1.2 ,对甲苯磺酸、对苯二酚的用量 (质量分数 )分别为 1.0 %和 0 .8% ,反应温度为 12 0℃ ,反应时间为 8h。在此反应条件下 ,酯化产率可达 98%。其酯化产物的熔点、元素分析。
Octadecyl acrylate was synthesized by direct\|esterification from octadecyl alcohol and acrylic acid taking p \|methy benzene sulfonic acid as catalyst. The influences of some parameters, including molar ratio of acrylic acid to octadecyl alcohol,amount of catalyst and inhibitor,reaction temperature, reaction time, on the synthesis were investigated. The conversion rate of product reaches 98% under the optimal experimental conditions, namely the molar ratio of acrylic acid to octadecyl alcohol is 1.2, the amounts of p \|methy benzene sulfonic acid and hydroquinone are 1.0% and 0.8% respectively, reaction temperature is 120 ℃, and the reaction time is 8 h. The octadecyl acrylate was identified by IR spectra and H\|NMR.
