强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成丙烯酸十八酯的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以丙烯酸和十八醇为原料,用强酸性阳离子交换树脂作催化剂合成丙烯酸十八酯。并研究了催化剂种类、用量、重复使用次数对收率的影响及催化剂种类对反应温度的影响。由实验得出:使用强酸性阳离子交换树脂作催化剂,反应温度可低到110℃,催化剂用量仅5%,酯化反应转化率可达95%,可重复利用。产品经红外、核磁分析为丙烯酸十八酯。 Octadecyl acrylate was synthesized with acrylic acid and octadecanol as raw materials. The influences of catalysts, amount of catalyst ,catalyst recovered on syntheis were investigated by orthogonal design. It is indicated: reaction temperature is about 110 ℃, the amounts of strongly acidic styrene type cation exchange resin is 5% and the rate gets to 95%.
