摘要
采用力学分析方法,对铌、钒、钛复合微合金化EH40钢板的性能进行了研究。利用金相显微镜和H-800透射电镜进行的检测表明,采用TMCP工艺轧制的EH40钢板,其显微组织为均匀细小复合组织,钢中有少量碳化物颗粒析出;试验结果表明,该钢种具有良好的综合力学性能,冲击韧性超过船级社的标准要求。
The microstructuro and mechanical properties of Nb,V and Ti micro - alloyed EH40 steel plate have been observed , analyzed and studied by means of metallographic microscope , H - 800 transmission electron micro- scope and mechanical testing. The microscopic observation reveals that the microstructure of EH40 steel plate produced by TMCP is of fine and uniform composite structure with few precipitated carbide particles ,and the mechanical testing results show that the steel grade is of good comprehensive mechanical properties with impact toughness exceeding the standard requirements of classification societies.
