摘要
文章以CSP工艺轧制SS400钢表面裂纹为例,具体分析了化学成分、显微组织、裂纹形貌、特别针对缺陷钢板组织对其性能的影响进行了相应分析,最终认为该种表面缺陷产生于连铸结晶器内,在随后二冷区的强冷和加热炉的加热过程中,裂纹得到了进一步的扩展。
The surface crack of the SS400 steel produced in CSP is tested and analysed,the influences of the composition,microstructure,the shape of the defect on the properties are discussed.The results show the surface defect produced in the caster mould,then extended further because it was strongly cooled in the second cooling zone and was reheated in the furnace.
