摘要
本文对HPAMMO40 0 0聚合物体系在动态情况下形成以分子间交联为主的体系的最低聚合物浓度进行了研究。通过实验发现用紫外分光光度计测量的聚合物 /Cr3 交联体系与对应的聚合物溶液的紫外差谱值得出的最低浓度 ,与通过粘度测量得出的最低浓度具有很好的一致性。在 6 5℃下聚交比为 10时研究得出的最低聚合物浓度为 6 0 0mg/L。
The minimum polymer concentration( MPC) in HPAM MO4000/Cr 3+ flooding systems for intermolecular crosslink to be occurred is experimentally studied by using differential UV spectrometry(DUVS) and viscosity measurement. DUVS is based on measuring differences in UV absorbance at λ =250 mm of HPAM/Cr 3+ and HPAM aqueous systems and plotting the UV absorbance differences versus reaction time. The MPC values determined by the two methods are coincided each with other. For a MO4000/Cr 3+ system of polymer to Cr 3+ ratio 10∶1 at 65℃, the MPC value determined is 600 mg/L.
