摘要
使用现有的检测标准检验聚合物性能时,经常能发现越来越多的聚合物在配制过程中溶解性能较差,表观黏度数据重现性差,机械剪切也尤为严重。通过调研中国石化驱油用聚合物的使用情况,选取了不同类型的新型(抗温抗盐型)聚合物药剂进行实验。分别确定了影响聚合物表观黏度测定的搅拌速度、搅拌时间、熟化时间和配制浓度的具体指标,并分析了盐水成分的选择,根据实验数据及现象,得出了最佳的溶液配制方法,使得聚合物母液的溶解更加均匀,检测数据更加平衡。
When the present detecting standards are used to detect property of polymeric compounds. It is usually found that more and more oil-displacing polymers show the poor dissolubility, lower reproduction of apparent viscosity data, and the severe mechanical shear in the formulating process. Based on the survey of the application state of polymers in Sinopec, different kinds of new polymers (heat and salty tolerance) are selected to do experiments. In the experiment, the specific indexes of stirring rate, stirring time, standing time and formulation concentration influencing the apparent viscosity detection of polymers are determined relatively, together with the analysis of salty water ingredients. Finally, the best formulating method of solution has been obtained from the experiment data and phenomenon, which makes the dissolution of polymer mother liquid more homogeneous and detection data more balanced.
