水性凹印油墨用温控微胶囊型干燥剂效能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决水性凹印油墨干燥速度慢的问题,制备了温控微胶囊干燥剂,使用pH值计测试了微胶囊的包覆效果,制备了含有温控微胶囊干燥剂油墨的印刷样张,测试了样张的光泽度、耐水性、附着力、耐揉搓性能。结果表明:温控微胶囊干燥剂包覆效果良好;含有温控微胶囊干燥剂的水性凹印油墨干燥速度大幅度提高;印刷品的光泽度、耐水性、附着力、耐揉搓性能满足印刷质量要求。 In order to solve the low drying velocity problem of the water-based gravure ink, the temperature control microcapsule drying agent is prepared, and the covered effect of the temperature control microcapsule drying agent is tested by pH indicator. Prepared the printing proofs made by the ink contain temperature control microcapsule drying agent, the glossiness, water resistance, adhesion and crumpling resistance of the printing proofs are tested. Experimental results show that the temperature control microcapsule drying agent has a good covered effect. The temperature control microcapsule drying agent is able to enhance the drying velocity of the water-based gravure printing ink. The glossiness, water resistance, adhesion and crumpling resistance of the printing can meet the quality requirements.
