摘要
色密度和光泽度是水性凹印油墨的重要性质,决定着包装产品印刷效果的优劣。改变各种助剂含量制备油墨,用凹版打样机打样,测量样张的色密度和光泽度。探讨助剂对水性凹印油墨色密度和光泽度的影响。结果表明,异丙醇、基材润湿剂、流平剂的用量对油墨色密度和光泽度均有较大影响,适量的助剂可以提高样张的色密度和光泽度。
Color density and glossiness are very important characters of water-based gravure ink, which decide the printing effect of package. The inks consisted of different kinds of promoter were prepared. Proof was made with gravure test press,and the color density and glossiness of the samples were measured. The influence of promoter on color density and glossiness of the ink was analyzed. The results indicated that the amount of isopropanol and base stock wetting agent and leveling agent have notable effect on the color density and glossiness of the ink. Appropriate amount of promoter can improve the quality of color density and glossiness of sample sheets.
