摘要
目的了解新疆维吾尔自治区（新疆）2004～2012年流行性脑脊髓膜炎（流脑）流行病学特征，为制定流脑的预防控制策略和措施提供参考。方法收集中国疾病监测信息报告管理系统2004～2012年流脑疫情资料，运用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果新疆2004～2012年累计报告流脑发病数794例，死亡71例，年平均报告发病率0．42/10万，病死率8．94％；88．21％的病例发生在冬春季，2～6月病例数占总报告病例数的71．91％；散居儿童和学生病例数为517例，占报告病例数的65．11％。〈15岁儿童病例数占总病例数的65．24％。南疆地区病例数占总报告病例数的68．01％。结论新疆南疆地区是流脑高发地区，应加强对流脑的监测，做好适龄儿童脑膜炎球菌疫苗常规免疫，提高覆盖率和及时接种率。
Objective To know the epidemiological characteristics of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region （Xinjiang） from year 2004 to 2012, and provide references for developing the immunization strategies of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis＇prevention and control. Methods We analyzed the reported cases of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in Xinjiang from China disease surveillance information reporting and management system from year 2004 to 2012 using the descriptive epidemiological methods. Results A total of 794 epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis cases were reported from year 2004 to 2012 with 71 death cases. The average annual reported incidence was 0.42/100,000, the mortality was 8.94% ; 88.21% cases were happened during the winter and spring, the cases accounted for 71.91% of the total number of reported cases from February to June; the cases of scattered children and students were 517 cases （accounted for 65.11% ）. Children aged 〈 15 years accounted for 65.24% of the total number of cases. The cases in southern Xinjiang accounted for 68.01%. Conclusions The incidence of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis was still very high in Southern Xinjiang. The immunization strategies are to enhance the surveillance and vaccine inoculation for epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis, improve coverage and timely vaccination rates.
