摘要 设计了一种用于矿井顶板离层监测的分段式自电容位移传感器,采用电容测量电路测量滑动极板与已覆盖的固定极板之间的区间位移,采用比值法计算滑动极板与已覆盖的固定极板之间的相对边缘位移;位移传感器总长度等于待测长度与滑动极板长度之和;在不提高电路复杂程度的情况下提高了位移传感器的监测精度,测量误差小于滑动极板与某一块固定极板测量时的最大测量误差,并消除了绝缘材料厚度和介电常数等参数变化对测量精度的影响。 In the article the segment - based and self - capacitive displacement sensor was designed, the interval displacement between the sliding plate and the covered fixing plate was measured by capacitive measuring circuit, the relative edge displacement between the two plates was computed by the ratio method, and the total length of the displacement sensor was the sum of the length to be measured and the length of the sliding plate. The measuring accuracy of the displacement sensor was improved and the measurement error less than the maximunl value measured between the sliding plate and one fixing plate, under the existing degree of the circuit. The effect on the measured error by the parameters of the insulator thickness and the dielectric constant was eliminated.
