摘要
通过对鼠标工作原理与驱动程序的研究,提出了利用显示坐标与鼠标坐标的映射实现位移测定的方法;通过LabVIEW编程,摆脱了图形用户界面对鼠标指针的范围限制,实现不限量程的精密位移测量;采用步进电机标定法对鼠标位移测量进行了标定与性能分析,实验结果显示在低速的位移测量中,该方法能够提供精度为0.1mm的位移测量,同时具有线性度好,灵敏度高,误差小等优点。
According to the works and drivers of mouse,the method of displacement measurement based on mapping between display coordinates and mouse coordinates was proposed.Through LabVIEW programming,the mouse pointer borders set by graphical user interface were break away and the precise displacement determination without range limit was realized.Displacement calibration and performance analysis was done by stepper motor calibration experiment.The result demonstrates this method can provide displacement measurement with accuracy of 0.1mm and with good linearity,high sensitivity and little error in low speed.
