摘要
早产儿支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)1967年由Northway等首次报道并命名,是婴幼儿期最常见的慢性肺疾病。文章系统介绍了国内外BPD发病现状,"old"BPD和"new"BPD的临床特点,以及定义的演变和诊断标准。
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia （BPD）, also referred to as chronic lung disease （CLD） of prematurity, is the most common chronic lung disease of infants and childhood, which was first reported and defined by Northway et al. in 1967. It fi＇equently occurs in preterm infants. This current article presents information on domestic and international incidences of BPD, clinical characteristics of ＂old＂ BPD and ＂new＂ BPD, development of definition for BIgD and its diagnosis criteria.
