摘要
创伤救治是一门极具社会价值的学科专业。随着基础医学、影像诊断学、手术策略、手术技术等方面研究的不断深入，创伤救治的策略有了很多新的进展。欧美国家创伤体系的建立以及创伤团队的培养，极大地推动了创伤救治水平的提高。今后我们不仅应加强对创伤救治策略及流程的研究，更应着重建立完善的创伤救治体系并培养专业化的创伤医生团队。
Trauma medicine is one of the most valuable branches of clinical medical science. With the development of the preclinical medicine, diagnostic imaging, operation strategy and operation technique, the strategy of trauma therapy has some new progresses. In Europe and US, the establishment of trauma systems and the mature of professional trauma teams greatly promoted the level of trauma therapy. In future, we should not only stick on the clinical and preclinical research for trauma therapy, but also pay more attention to the improvement of our trauma system and teams.
