摘要
采用自制的UASB反应器组装厌氧反应处理系统,以絮状污泥进行接种后启动后,研究了UASB反应器的启动运行过程及其内部污泥的性质,通过污泥产甲烷活性和反应器最大容积负荷的计算,可以看出以絮状污泥接种UASB启动后,可以有效形成成熟的颗粒污泥,并且通过对比实验表明,在反应器启动初期添加颗粒活性炭物质,有助于UASB的快速启动,反应器内形成的颗粒污泥性能优于未加添加剂条件下成熟的颗粒污泥,且系统处理效率稳定.
Assembling the anaerobic reaction system with the home-made UASB reactors, after inoculating with flocculent sludge, the process of start-up of UASB and the property of internal sludge was researched. By calculating the methanogenic activity and t sludge reactor maximum volume load, we can see that after starting inoculated UASB with flocculent sludge mature granular sludge can be effectively formed. Contrast experiment showed that adding particulate activated carbon in the initial stages could help to rapid-start-up of UASB. The performance of granular sludge formed in the reactor is superior to mature granular sludge under the condition of without additives, and the system treatment efficiency is stable.
