摘要
随着抗生素在医药与工业等方面的广泛应用以及水质检测技术的提升,越来越多的报道显示,在各种饮用水水源中,有抗生素及抗性基因的检出。这些污染物质在水环境中的存在,对人类的健康造成了巨大的威胁。本文旨在介绍抗生素的污染现状以及抗性基因传播途径,分析目前国内外抗生素处理技术的特点及不足,最后提出对未来抗生素处理工艺的建议与展望。
With the wide application of antibiotics in medicine and industry fields as well as the improvement of water quality detection technology,more and more reports showed that antibiotics and the antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)were detected in various drinking water sources.The existence of these pollutants in water environment posed a great threat to human health.The purpose of this review is to introduce the pollution status and transmission routes of antibiotic genes,analyze the characteristics and shortcomings of antibiotic treatment technology both at home and abroad,and finally put forward suggestions and prospects for future antibiotic treatment technology.
