摘要
建立了顶空-气相色谱电子捕获器法测定聚氨酯泡沫塑料中残留一氟三氯甲烷(R11)、1,1,2,2,-四氟-1,2-二氯乙烷(R114)、1-氟-1,1-二氯甲烷含量(R141b)的方法。方法采用GS-GasPro专用气体柱实现三种化合物良好的分离,方法具有良好的线性关系,R11、R114、R141b的相关系数分别为0.998,0.999和0.999;加标回收率为75-99.2%,标准偏差在5.7-8.9%,方法的检出限分别为0.15mg/kg、2.5 mg/kg、2.5 mg/kg。
To establish an analytical method for determination of fluorotrichloromethane (R11 ), 1,2-dichlorotetrafluofoeth- ane(R114), 1- fluoro-1,1- dichloromethane(R141b) in Polyurethane foam materials by headspace-gas chromatography - ECD. GS-GasPro capillary column were employed.Results: linear correlation coeficients of the method forRll, Rl14, R141b were 0.998,0.999 and 0.999, respectively(n=6).The average recoveries were in the range of 75.0 ~ 99.2% with rela- tive standard deviations of 5.7 ~ 8.9%.The detection limit were 0. i 5mg/kg, 2.5 mg/kg, 2.5 mg/kg, respectively.
