摘要
为研究当归补血颗粒(DBT)对大恒肉仔鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响,选用1日龄大恒肉雌鸡160羽,随机分为4个组(每组4个重复),Ⅰ为空白对照组、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在饮水中添加2、5、10g/L的DBT,试验期35d。每周测定体重、料肉比等生长性能指标和免疫器官指数、新城疫抗体水平以及外周血T淋巴细胞转化率。结果表明,各剂量DBT对肉鸡增重无显著影响(P>0.05),但可降低料肉比(P<0.05),不同日龄各组胸腺指数差异均不显著(P>0.05),21和28日龄3个DBT剂量组脾脏和法氏囊指数显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),其余日龄各组差异不显著;35日龄3个DBT剂量组新城疫抗体与空白组差异显著(P>0.05);2g/L当归补血颗粒组与空白组相比能显著提高外周血淋巴细胞增殖转化率(P<0.05)。研究提示当归补血颗粒对肉鸡生长性能无明显影响,具有细胞免疫和体液免疫调节作用,且免疫调节与剂量相关。
To investigate the effects of Dangguibuxue Keli (DBT) on the growth performance and immune responses in broiler chickens, 160 one-day-old female chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups (4 rep- lications). Group I have not treated with any medicine and served as control group Group Ⅱ ,Ⅲ, and Ⅳ were treated with DBT via administration drinking water, with final concentrations of 2, 5 and 10 g/L, respectively. The body weight gain, feed conversion rate (FCR), indexes of immune organs, Newcastle disease (ND) antibody levels, and peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation were determined weekly dur- ing the experiment (35 d). Our results revealed that no differences in average daily weight gain were ob- served among the 4 groups (P^0.05) , but the FCR was significantly (P^0.05) decreased in three DBT groups than that of control group. No significant differences in thymus relative weight were observed a- mong the 4 groups(P〉0.05), but group Ⅱ ,Ⅲ, and Ⅳ have significantly higher spleen and bursa of Fab- ricius relative weight than those of control group at 21 and 28 d of age(P%0.05). Significantly higher ND antibody levels were observed in three DBT groups than in control group at 35 d(P%0.05). Significantly higher peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferative response to concanavalin A (Con A) was observed in 2 g/L DBT group than that of control group(P〈0.05). These results suggest that DBT has no effect of improving body weight gain and can enhance cellular immunity and humoral immunity in chicks. These effects were associated with the dosage of DBT.
