摘要
在革命、建设和改革的实践中,邓小平进一步丰富和发展了群众路线。邓小平强调,贯彻群众路线,必须保护人民的利益,提高人民物质文化生活,实现共同富裕;必须依靠群众克服现代化建设中的困难,尊重人民群众的首创精神;要发扬民主,改进工作方法,加强群众监督;要把握好群众运动的规律,不能混淆群众路线和群众运动,解决思想问题不能搞运动;必须从制度上加以规定,克服官僚主义、命令主义和干部特殊化。
In the practice of revolution, construction and reform, Deng Xiaoping enriched and developed the mass line of the Communist Party of China. Deng Xiaoping stressed that the Communist Party of China must protect people＇s interests, raise people＇s material and cultural life, and realize common prosperity. The Communist Party of China must rely on the people to surmount the difficulties in the modernization construction, and respect the people＇s initiative. The Communist Party of China must develop democracy, improve work methods, and strengthen the masses＇ supervision. The Communist Party of China must grasp the mass movement＇s law, not confound the mass line with the mass movement, and meanwhile solving the ideological problems could not rely on the mass movement. The Communist Party of China must stipulate the mass line in system to surmount the bureaucracy, commandism and special cadre.
