摘要
"利为民所谋"就是为人民谋利益,它是共产党执政的基本要求和基本经验。但是,这个观点必须扩展为下述三个命题:为人民谋利益必须慎之又慎,让人民谋利益必须解放思想,保护人民的利益必须坚定不移。
＂Creating power, but benefits for the people＂ opinion must be extended to the cautious; Letting the people seek benefits must is the essential requirements and basic experience for the CPC being in following three propositions： Creating benefits for the people must be emancipate our minds; Protecting the interests of the people must be steadfast.
