摘要
本文通过将客户导向的思想与企业的组织结构变革结合起来,提出客户导向型的企业组织结构模型,从岗位职责、权利分布及其相互关系三个方面详细阐述客户导向型企业组织结构模式的特征,并运用实际的企业案例分析进行了说明。
This article connects the customer oriented idea with enterprise organization structure reform, and puts forward enterprise organization structure model of customer oriented. This paper discusses on the customer oriented organization structure model, and the responsibility, power distribution and the relationship between the three aspects in detail elaborated the characteristics of customer oriented enterprise organization structure mode by a real enterprise.
