蛋白酶激活受体-2调控肠黏膜屏障损伤相关疾病的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 黏膜屏障由完整的肠上皮细胞和相邻肠上皮细胞间的连接构成。肠道内存在多种蛋白酶,可通过激活G蛋白耦联受体产生多种生物学效应。蛋白酶激活受体(proteinase—activated receptor,PAR)-2是一种7次跨膜的G蛋白耦联受体,属于PAR家族,在体内分布广泛。多种肠道内富含的蛋白酶能激活PAR-2并产生多种生物学效应,从而影响肠屏障功能。
