响应面法优化藏药密花角蒿中熊果酸的提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 实验以密花角蒿地上部分为原料,采用高效液相(HPLC)测定密花角蒿中熊果酸的含量。在单因素实验的基础上,运用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,建立乙醇溶液提取密花角蒿中熊果酸得率的二次回归模型,确定密花角蒿中熊果酸的提取工艺条件为:提取温度为61℃,液料比为21:1(mL/g),乙醇浓度为90%(v/v),熊果酸的得率为4.8815(mg/g),接近于模型预测值4.8844(mg/g)。 In order to promote the extractability of ursolic acid from IncarviUea compacta Maxim ,we established a quadfic regression equation for predicting the yield of ursolic acid on the basis of one-factor tests, according to Box-Behnken de- sign. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction of ursolic acid as follows : extraction temperature 61℃, ratio of material to solvent 21:1 (mL/g), Ethanol concentration 90% (v/v). Under these conditions, the ursolic acid yield is up to 4.8815 (rag/g) which is well matched with the predictive extracting yield 4.8844 (mg/g).
