摘要
本文研究在超声波的作用下,用乙醇溶液提取橘皮中的黄酮物质。最佳提取工艺条件为:超声波功率为150W、超声时间为20min、乙醇浓度为70%、料液比为1:20时,黄酮提取率可以达0.1174‰以上。
This article studied on extracting the flavone from orange peels with ultrasonic. The optimum extraction conditons were determined by the data as follows. The ultrasonic power was 150 W, ultrasonic time was 20 minutes, ethanol concentration was 70%, and mass ratio of ethanol to orange peel was 1:20. The extration rate of flavone was above 0.1174‰.
