超疏水/超亲油膜的制备及其油水分离性能 被引量:4

摘要 以金属铜丝网为基体,利用表面控制氧化法制备了新型超疏水/超亲油膜。首先用过硫酸钾和氢氧化钾溶液浸泡铜网制备氧化铜膜,然后用正十二硫醇和十四酸对其改性。结果表明,加入十四酸可改善膜表面微结构的尺寸和致密性,所制得膜的疏水性优于仅用正十二硫醇进行改性的膜;当十四酸的浓度为1 mmol/L时,所制备膜的疏水性最好,水在膜上面的接触角可达158.6°。将所制备的膜用于油-水混合液的分离,起始含油量3 g/L,当油相以半乳化状态存在于混合液中时,分离后水中含油量小于0.3g/L;当油相以完全乳化状态存在于混合液中时,分离后水样中含油量约为0.8 g/L。 Membranes with super-hydrophobicity and super-oleophlicity were successfully fabricated via surface oxidation process on copper mesh.First the copper mesh was immersed in an aqueous solution of KOH and K2S2O8,then the resulting eoper mesh was modified with ethanol solution of n-dodecanethiol and tetradecanoic acid.The resuits showed that the size and compactness of the micro-structure of membrane surface were changed with addition of tetradeeanoic acid in the solution,which resulted in more hydrophobicity.It was found that when the concentration of the tetradecanoic acid was 1 mmol/L,the hydrophobicity of the membrane was the best and the contact angle was 158.6°.At the same time,the prepared mesh were used for separating oil-water solution with a starting oil concentration of 3 g/L,and when the oil existing in the mature was semi-emulsified,the oil content of the sample was less than 0.3 g/L after separating ; When the oil existing in the mature was totally emulsified,the oil content of the sample is about 0.8 g/L after separating,the starting concentration of the oil was 3 g/L.
