摘要
为了满足油田高效低耗采油的需要 ,研制了JZC系列井况自适应抽油机。这种新型智能抽油机采用先进的开关磁阻电动机调速技术和微机控制技术 ,可以根据井况实现冲次的自动调节。介绍了抽油机的机械结构、智能控制原理及其运动规律。现场试验证明 ,这种抽油机运行可靠 ,平衡精确 ,冲程损失小 ,示功图平稳 ,接近于理想状态 ;能够在一定范围内自动调节冲次以适应井况的变化。试验数据表明 ,这种抽油机系统效率可达到 4 8 0 % ,与试验油井原用游梁式抽油机相比实际节能 4 4 4 6% ,增产效果明显。
In order to meet the need of oil lifting with high efficiency and low cost, a well condition self-adaptive pumping unit has been developed. This new intelligent unit can adjust its pumping speed automatically according to the well condition by the utility of the advanced switched reluctance drive and microcomputer. This article introduces its mechanical structure, principle of intelligent control and law of motion. Field test demonstrates that the unit runs reliably with accurate balance and minor stroke loss, and its pumping speed can be adjusted automatically to fit the change of the well condition. Relevant data shows that the efficiency of the pumping system is enhanced by 48% and 44.46% of energy is saved compared with the previous beam pumping unit worked on the same oil well.
