摘要
本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法对影响高校健美操课堂教学效果因素:学生自身因素、教师上课内容的选择、教师授课方式与方法的选择等进行了研究,在培养学生学习积极性与兴趣、提高教师自身素质、改进教学环境与方法、合理选取教学内容方面进行了尝试与改革,以期对高校健美操课堂教学提供有价值的参考。
Through using the method of literature review and logical analysis, this paper makes analysis on factors influencing aerobics teaching effect in universities such as students own factors, the choice of content of school teachers, teaching method and way, cultivating students" enthusiasm and interests, improving teachers" quality, and learning environment, reasonable selection of aspects of the teaching content and reform attempts in order to provide a valuable reference for aerobics teaching.
