摘要
电解铜种板高位槽是为电解系统生产铜皮提供电解液的关键设备,所盛介质为高浓度电解液,受损后必须进行更换。采用单钩吊具有效保护槽体,吊装平稳,设计独特抬轿法顺利实现受限空间对槽体的吊装,吊装设计新颖,操作方便,为铜电解检修提供新思路。
The head tank of starting sheets of electrolytic copper, which is the key equipment for providing high concentration e- lectrolyte for the production of copper sheets of electrolysis system, must be changed when it is damaged. Using Single hook sling can protect tank effectively and host tank smoothly. The unique designed method of lifting from both sides of the tank, like lifting a sedan chair, can carry out hoisting successfully in limited space. This hoisting method is new and easy to operate, and can provide a new way in the maintenance of copper electrolytic system.
