摘要
阐述了八钢公司电炉炼钢厂精炼跨,冶金铸锭桥式起重机吊装方案设计,采用起重量分别为150t和130t两台汽车式起重机,分部件起重就位,高空组装抬吊的方法,安装桥式起重机。实践证明:该吊装方案设计实施与桅杆式起重机和厂房实腹梁配卷扬机及吊具吊装等两种方法相比,有明显优势。是经济、高效吊装设计。
The hoisting design of the metallurgical ingot charging crane is stated.The bridge crane is assembled by the method of adopting two automobile crane with 150t and 130t elevating capacity lifting and placing in parts and high-altitude assembly. The practice shows the hoisting project has obvious advantage than other ones and it is economic and efficient.
