摘要
目的合成二氟泼尼酯。方法以6α,9α-二氟泼尼龙为起始原料,经酯化、水解、乙酰化得到二氟泼尼酯。结果合成了二氟泼尼酯。结论目标化合物结构经MS、1H-NMR确证,该反应路线操作简洁,总收率为67.1%。
Objective To synthesis Difluprednate. Methods Difluprednate was synthesized from the materials 6α,9α - difluoroprednisolone and methyl orthobutyrate by orthoesterifieation, hydrolysis and esterifieation. Results Difluprednate was synthesized. Conclusion The structure of the target compound was characterized by MS and 1H - NMR. The synthetic procedure was convenient and the total yield of the target compound was 67. 1%.
