不同的水分条件对石菖蒲生长和生理特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以石菖蒲的盆栽苗为试验材料,人工模拟根系淹水(轻度)、植株1/5淹水(中度)、植株1/2淹水(重度)等3种不同程度涝渍胁迫,以正常状态为对照,试验周期为45d,调查石菖蒲在不同涝渍胁迫下的受害症状,并对其体内的过氧化物歧化酶(POD)活性等5个生理指标进行测定。结果表明:石菖蒲前2个处理至处理结束时,叶片仍为绿色,耒见萎蔫,处理3试验结柬时植株1/5—2/5叶片萎缩,叶尖、叶缘变色,少量叶片出现水渍迹象;在45d的水涝胁迫中,石菖蒲的各生理指标表现出持续上升或趋于稳定。研究结果初步表明石菖蒲的耐涝能力较强,可承受中长期中轻度水平的涝渍胁迫。 The pot experiments were conducted to investigate growth and physiological indicators of Acorus tatarinowii Schott under three different water treatments during 45 days, and the water stress conditions were simulated with normal state, root waterlogged ( slight waterlogged), 1/5 plant height waterlogged (moderate waterlogged) and 1/2 plant height waterlogged( serious waterlog). The damage symptoms were investigated, and some physiological indices were determined. The results showed that compared to the control, the color of leaves in slight and moderate waterlogged were normal ; 1/5 to 2/5 leaves were scorched in serious waterlog, of which blade tip and leaf margin had more chromotropic, and small amount leaves appeared water stain; Physiological indexes of Acorus tatarinowii Schott kept elevating or tended to be stable for 45 days. These results preliminarily indicated that Acorgs tatarinowii Schott had strong tolerance to waterlog or flooding and could bear mild to moderate waterlogged in middle and long-tenn.
