摘要
为了筛选适宜在江南地区栽培的牡丹品种,以8个盆栽牡丹品种为材料,对水涝胁迫下牡丹形态、生理生化变化进行了研究,初步探讨了8个品种的耐涝能力。结果表明,各品种按耐涝能力由强到弱排列依次为:正午>时雨云>凤丹>玫红>轻罗>四旋>蓝田玉>乌龙捧盛。筛选出适合在江南地区栽培观赏的首选品种有正午、时雨云、凤丹、玫红、轻罗。
In order to select the most suitable tree peony cultivars planting in the area of South Yangtse River of China, the changes of morphological, physiological and biochemical indices after submergence stress of eight cultivars were studied in this paper. The result indicated that the ability of submergence tolerance is Highnoon〉Futakami-shigure〉Fengdan〉Meihong〉Qingluo〉Sixuan〉Lantianyu〉 Wulongpengsheng,and Highnoon,Futakami-shigure,Fengdan, Meihong and Qingluo may be the hopeful cultivars.
