摘要
目的 研究微机控制液相色谱 -恒电位法对工业废水中的污染成分苯酚、对苯二酚和α-萘酚的分离测定。 方法 将苯酚、对苯二酚、α\|萘酚的混合溶液经色谱柱分离后采用薄层电解池作为电化学检测器进行测定 ,由 i- t色谱图在一定条件下即可进行定量分析。 结果 分离测定的最佳条件为 :流速 0 .6 ml/ min,p H值在 8.0左右 ,外加电位 1.0 V。三种组分的浓度在 1~ 5 0 mg/ L之间峰高与浓度之间的线性关系良好 ,最低检测限为 1m g/ L。重复测定 5次的相对标准偏差为 :苯酚 0 .0 89,对苯二酚 0 .0 76 ,α-萘酚 0 .0 35。 结论 在所选定的条件下 ,三种组分得到较好的分离检测。本方法快速、简便 ,检测限较低 ,适用于酚类化合物的常规分析。
Objective\ The conditions for the separation and determination of phenol,o\|phendiol,α\|naphthol in industrial waste water by computer\|controlled liquid chromatography\|electrochemistry(LCEC) technology were studied.\ Methods\ Phenol,o\|phendiol and α\|naphthol were seperated by liquid chromatography,and determined by thin electrolytic cell.\ These three substances can be identified quantilatively by the i\|t two\|dimensional chromatography.\ Results\ The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions such as flowing speed,pH value and voltage were 0.6 ml/min, 8.0 and 1.0 V,respectively.\ The linear range was 1~50 mg/L,and the detection limit was 1 mg/L.\ The relative standard deviations of o\|phendiol,phenol,α\|naphthol were 0.076, 0.089 and 0.035.\ Conclusion\ These three substances can be seperated and determined under our experiment conditions.\ It's a rapid and simple method for normal analysis.\;
