摘要
用差异热处理的方法处理了30Cr1Mo1V钢高、低压联合转子,使转子性能满足了设计要求, 特别是低压侧的脆性转变温度FATT_(50)降至工作温度以下。与原油冷工艺相比,差异热处理方法明 显改善了转子的综合性能。
Cr1Mi1V steel combined high and low pressure turbine rotor forgings have been treated by using differential heat treatment method, the mechanical properties of the rotor meet the designing requirements, particularly, FATT_50 of the low pressure portion falls below operating temperature. Comparing with former oil- cooling process, the differential heat treatment method can obviously improve the comprehensive properties of this kind of rotor.
