摘要
北满钢厂曾为宁波某厂生产42CrMo锻材,调质前粗加工规格为380×12340。最初淬火采用油冷工艺,表面硬度虽然合格,但用户反映不耐用。后改用水淬油冷工艺,合格率大大提高,用户反映良好。
Beiman Special Steel Limited Company manufactured 42CrMo forging Steel for a plant in Ning Bo, the size of the rough forging steel was Ф380 × 12340 before quenching and tempering. The initial quenching process was oil cooling, although the surface hardness was qualified, the consumers reflected that it did not wear well. In order to meet the consumers＇requirements , we used the quenching process of water quenching and oil cooling, this process greatly improved the quality of the products and got a good feedback from the customer.
