摘要
露天矿疏干排水效果的好坏直接影响着剥离工程的进度。由于我矿特殊的水文地质条件,疏干孔降水效果不理想,开挖面残余水较多,只能采用平面开采方式作业,严重制约着矿建剥离工作。利用基坑降深法在冬季进行冻结法施工,在采场底部形成两个集水坑,设置明排抽水系统,以基坑为中心向四周扩帮,工作面出水经排水沟导入下部集水坑中,很好地解决了工作面出水影响剥离的难题,极大改善了作业条件,提高了剥离生产水平,使采场形成较规整的作业台阶成为可能。
Effect of open-pit mine drainage affects the progress of the stripping projects direcdy, because special hydrogeological condition, the drainage hole precipitation is not efficiency, excavation surface residual water is more than using the plane mining mode operation, serious restricts the mine stripping work. Use foundation pit drawdown method in winter freezing method construction, in the stope bottom form two sump, set ruing row pumping system to foundation pit for the center around to ealarge help, face the water drain into the bottom sump, well solved the problem of working face water influence stripping, greatly improve the operation conditions, improve the stripping production level, make the stepe form a neat operation steps possible.
