摘要
最近几年,重大质量事件频频发生,产品质量已经成为政府和公众关注的焦点问题。最低质量标准是一种常用的质量管制手段。近30年来,许多经济学家对最低质量标准对厂商行为和社会福利方面产生的影响进行了深入研究。由于假设和选取模型的不同,研究结论莫衷一是。本文将从信息不对称、市场竞争结构以及实证研究等角度对最低质量标准研究的相关文献进行综述,并指出未来可能的研究方向。
In recent years, product quality has become the focus of the governments and public issues since significant quality events occurred frequently. Minimum quality standards is a common means of quality control.For the latest 30 years, many economists have conducted in-depth study of ;he effects on manufacturers' behavior and social welfare of minimum quality standards. As those assumptions and selected models are different, there is no consensus. This paper will survey the relevant literatures on minimum quality standards from information asymmetry, market competitive structure and empirical research,then points out possible future research directions.
