摘要
针对我国信息安全产业的技术创新能力还比较薄弱,进行完全自主创新还比较困难的问题,提出了从信息安全产业技术创新的资源约束考虑,应选择合作创新模式为主、模仿创新为辅,并在重点领域、重点系统、重点产品上集中人力、物力和政策,选择自主创新模式,大力发展自主产品。
For technological innovation capability of Chinese information security industry is still relatively weak, fully independent innovation is difficult. Considering from resource constraint of technological innovation of information security industry, cooperation innovation mode should be selected mainly, and imitative innovation mode is supplemented. In the key areas, key systems, and key products, manpower, material resources and policies should be to concentrated, to vigorously develop own products in independent innovation mode.
