摘要
明确公共治理研究的基本理论,认识长吉图开发开放先导区公共治理的意义和作用,运用相关理论分析长吉图开发开放先导区公共治理现状,发现问题和不足,在公共治理目标、政策、治理体系、合作机制、利益模式、生态发展等方面提出具体策略,对长吉图开发开放先导区公共治理研究有一定参考价值。
This paper introduces the basic theory of public governance, the meaning and function of the public governance in the forerunner zone of Changjitu. The problems and disadvantages for the development of the zone are found out by using relative theories to analyze the status quo of the public governance. The specific strategies about the goal of public governance, governing system, cooperating system, model of interest, development of ecology and so on are proposed with the expectation of providing reference for the research of the public governanee in the forerunner zone of Changjitu.
