摘要
在东北振兴的时代背景下,大连市作为邓小平的“东北之窗”应当捷足先登,在振兴东北老工业基地、创建中国第四大经济增长极的进程中发挥重要的作用。本文首先对大连与东北其他地区之间的经济进行比较,分析了两者之间存在互补与竞争关系。然后分析了大连在振兴东北老工业基地中的3个作用,即经济窗口作用,体制示范作用和融资作用。
As the window of the Northeast region named by Xiaoping Deng, Dalian should take action first and exert important effects in the course of rejuvenating the Northeast traditional industrial base and building the fourth growth pole in China. Firstly, the paper compares Dalian's economy and the other aera's economy in the Northeast region and analysis the relation of competing and complement between two area's. Then three effects are discussed for Dalian in rejuvenating the Northeast traditional industrial base, that is , the effect of economy window, the effect of system demonstrating, the effect of financing .
