摘要
由于我国城市轨道交通行业尚未形成统一的国家职业资格证书制度,这就直接影响了企业人力资源的合理开发和有效配置,影响了学校技能型人才的培养。南京地铁集团公司和南京铁道职业技术学院整合双方资源优势,联合开展城市轨道交通职业技能鉴定体系的开发工作,建立了运营岗位职业标准、鉴定要素细目表、培训教材、题库等一套职业技能鉴定体系。
Due to the failures in establishing a consolidated state occupational certification system in China's rail transit industry,which has hindered the rational exploitation and efficient allocation of human resources in the enterprises,education of the skilled personnel will also be handicapped consequently.Taking the source advantage of Nanjing Metro and Nanjing Institute of Railway Technology,the development of occupational skill identification system (OSCS) for urban rail transit enterprises is jointly carried out.In this paper,an improved OSCS is established,including professional standards of operating jobs,detailed tables of appraisal elements,training materials,item pools and so on.This practice may urge the normalization of occupational qualification certificate in the industry of urban rail transit.
