摘要
鉴于我国航运高端服务业人才严重短缺,培养机制不完善,文中从界定航运高端服务业和航运高端服务业人才出发,通过分析我国航运高端服务业人才队伍建设的现状及问题,提出我国航运高端服务业人才队伍建设的策略与建议,旨在通过探讨我国如何有效开展航运高端服务业人才队伍建设,为各级政府、企业、高校等组织建设航运高端服务业人才队伍提供理论支撑和参考。
In view of the serious shortage of high-end maritime service talents and the imperfect of training mechanism,this article defines high-end maritime service and high-end maritime service talents.Then by analyzing the present situation and problems of high-end maritime service talents team construction,it proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions aiming at providing theoretical support and reference for all governments,enterprises and universities.
